About Tara

Tara McHugh is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher currently pursuing her 300-hour certification. She specializes in flow and power flow practices that build strength, deepen breath awareness, and inspire confidence. Her inclusive approach and thoughtful sequencing encourage mindfulness, self-love, and a sense of inner connection on and off the mat.

Tara’s Teaching Philosophy

My teaching is rooted in mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional sequencing. I aim to create classes that build strength and confidence while remaining accessible and inclusive. I believe yoga is a practice of self-connection and self-respect, and I encourage students to meet themselves where they are each day. Through thoughtful guidance and a supportive environment, my goal is for students to leave the mat feeling grounded, empowered, and more at ease in both body and mind.
